How Long Will It Take For A Parakeet To Grow back its feathers while on a Molting&Conditioning Supplement?

Ok, I have a pet parakeet named Kiwi.
She currently Has No feathers under her wings and around her body because of her constant plucking.
I bought a Protection thing that I hang outside of the cage to prevent and kill bird lice.
And I also put in the Molt/Conditioning Seeds in a seperate feeding cup, like the instructions said.
I did all of this today, The bird store we take her to cut her over grown beak today and she seems happy, I also bought some new toys for them today, and this weekend I plan on getting some millet sprays and a new cuttle bone for them.
SO my question is, how long might it be before Starts to regrow her feathers. I think she is going through a slow molt because its been like this for some months.
And my next question is, how long do I use the supplement for.

I answered in your other question. Kiwi has a problem and its not a normal moult. With the beak problem and the feathers its possible she has beak and feather disease. You will need her tested by a vet to be sure. But she isnt moulting…its something else going on.
Throw away the mite protector..they are harmful to birds and a total waste of money.
