There was an article in the news earlier on parrots rescued. Many are provided by the owners tired of them. Could be an idea to contact the RSPCA and see if they have any. Parrots are very amount of care and shouldn't be taken without much thought. Do a search on the net for parrots forums (there are plenty). Seeking advice for caregivers about what to expect and what the parrots are best if you are a beginner.
